Why the number, not a PDF

  • A PDF can be edited. A certificate number resolves against our database of lots and cannot be forged by anyone but us.
  • Every published lot is also listed on the lab reports page.
  • Not found means not on file. We never generate a result on the fly.
Where is the certificate number?
Printed on the vial label under the product name, and on the packing slip. Format: two letters, year, serial — e.g. PL-2026-00042.
What does a valid result show?
Product and size, lot number, HPLC purity, the identity method, the testing lab, test date and expiry, and a link to the full PDF report when one is attached.
My certificate is not found.
Check for typos (O vs 0). If it still fails, email support with a photo of the label — we will trace the lot by hand. We never fabricate a result; not-found means not on file.
