What is a research peptide?
A short chain of amino acids synthesized at high purity for laboratory investigation. Every compound we sell is intended for in-vitro experimentation by qualified researchers and is not for human or veterinary use.
How do you verify purity?
Each production lot is sent to an independent laboratory for HPLC purity and mass-spectrometry identity testing. Lots below 99% purity are rejected outright. The report for your lot is the certificate of analysis that ships in the box.
How do I get the certificate of analysis?
It ships with every order, and the certificate number printed on the vial can be entered on our Verify page to pull up the full report at any time.
Why do I need bacteriostatic water?
Lyophilized peptides are a dry powder and must be reconstituted with a sterile diluent for use in research. Bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol) is the standard diluent for multi-use research vials.
How should I store peptides?
Sealed lyophilized vials: −20 °C, protected from light. Reconstituted: 2–8 °C, used within 30 days. Never freeze a reconstituted vial.
Ordering & shipping
How fast do you ship?
Orders placed before 2pm Mountain Time ship the same business day. Standard delivery is 2–5 business days; Express is 1–2.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $200. Below that it is $9.99; Express is $19.99.
Do you ship internationally?
No. United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and PO boxes.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Plain unbranded box, cold pack, foam insert. The packing slip inside lists products and certificate numbers.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Until it ships, yes — contact us right away with your order number. After a tracking number is issued the return policy applies.
What is the return policy?
Unopened, sealed vials can be returned within 14 days for a refund of the product price. Opened or reconstituted product cannot be returned. Damaged shipments are replaced or refunded in full if reported within 48 hours.

You must be at least 21 years old and a qualified researcher, or purchasing on behalf of a laboratory, institution or business.
Are these products legal?
Research peptides sold for laboratory use are legal to buy and sell in the United States for their intended research purpose. Legal status varies by jurisdiction; confirming local rules is the buyer's responsibility.
Are these for human use?
No. Not for consumption, injection, topical application, diagnosis or treatment of any condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
Do you offer wholesale or a veteran discount?
Both. Qualifying labs and research organizations can request wholesale pricing, and as a veteran-owned company we extend a discount to active-duty and veteran researchers. Use the contact form and pick the matching topic.
